We champion sustainability in our communities. Some of Baird Center’s sustainable features include a solar roof, gray roof membrane, stormwater management system, bird-friendly fritted glass and state-of-the-art ORCA food digesters. The north building is anticipating LEED Silver certification upon completion. We’ve also earned GBAC-Star accreditation by implementing the most stringent protocols for cleaning, disinfection, and infectious disease prevention.
